We take the privacy of information very seriously at Daylo, and we endeavor to be open and clear about how we handle such information. We are committed to using all information responsibly and only to the extent necessary for the services we provide, and we will never distribute or sell any of our Users information or preferences. When a User visits Daylo.com or any subsidiary domain, certain information is acquired. Users are defined as any individual and/or business entity accessing Daylo.com or any of its subsidiary domains. This includes account holders (also known as members) and non-account holders (also known as non-members) alike. Account holders are Users who have created a Daylo username and password and have verified their email address. Non-account holders are Users who have not created a Daylo username and password, or have not verified their email address. The information we collect from Users may include Internet Service Provider name and the Internet Protocol address used to log on the Internet, the pages accessed while at Daylo, the time and date Daylo was accessed, and the URL of the website from which the User came. This information is used to enhance services and to research usage trends internally.
Daylo will collect both public and private information when you acces Daylo.com. Public information is that which is used to explain the nature, location and logistics of services within Profiles, Requests and Conversations and all associated messages. This is information a User volunteers to share with other Users. Private information is that which is used to maintain a User’s account and the preferences associated with that account. This information is only available to Daylo administrators and the specific member from whom this information was acquired. Daylo will not sell or distribute any of this information without a User’s prior consent.
There are two types of information on Daylo: Information that is viewable by account holders, and information that is viewable by non-account holders. Account holders are Users who have registered with Daylo.com and provided a username, a password and an email address that has been verified. Non-account holders encompass anyone else using Daylo.com. Account holders have unrestricted access to Profiles, Requests, Conversations and all content therein. Account holders may create up to four Profiles per verified email address, and participate completely in both the Request and Conversation processes. Non-account holders may have limited access to such information.
Daylo endeavors to keep both personal and public information as accurate as possible. We have put into operation technologies and processes to this end. Daylo provides Users with the ability to access and change all information. To protect the privacy of Users and to keep Daylo as secure as possible, Daylo will take additional steps in the future to validate User identity and to create a safer, more trustworthy, and more accountable consumer services marketplace.
While Daylo is taking all necessary steps to protect your privacy and safeguard your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of our system at all times. We also cannot guarantee that you will be able to access public and/or private information at all times, as operations may be interrupted due to forces beyond our control.
